Unify Video is first industry CRM tool to enable loan officers to create and compliance-test video messages before sending them to borrowers.

 

ROSEVILLE, MN, October 16, 2017 – Cross Media is launching new mobile and video apps for its pioneering Unify® CRM technology that will enable loan officers to build deeper relationships with mortgage borrowers and close more loans. Both tools will be available in November 2017.

 

Unify Video is the first technology that will let loans officers create video messages and quickly screen them for compliance before sending them to borrowers by email. The feature is built within Unify, unlike other CRM software that connects to third party video services for much higher costs. A small fee will apply to use Unify Video.

 

Unify Mobile will enable loan officers to remotely manage contacts and view loan status updates while simultaneously leveraging GPS, cameras, voice recognition and other smartphone technologies. For example, loan officers could use the voice recognition feature to add notes to loan files or to a contact database while they’re out in the field. The app will be made available for IOS and Android phones.
