Prominent lender and one of the mortgage industry’s ‘best places to work’ receives Hermes Creative Award and Communicator Award for campaign targeting top loan officers

July 18,  2019 – Middletown, Rhode Island – Embrace Home Loans, a digitally-focused mortgage lender, announces it has won two awards for its innovative marketing campaign designed to attract and recruit top producing loan officers.

The company’s ongoing recruitment campaign, “Join a Winning Team,” has received a gold-level Hermes Creative Award from the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals and a Communicator’s Award from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts. An integrated, multi-channel account-based marketing (ABM) effort, the campaign targets high-performing loan officers and promotes Embrace Home Loans as a desirable place to work.

The “Join a Winning Team” campaign was launched earlier this year and was created and managed by Shae Biron, a campaign execution specialist and certified ABM marketer, who oversees Embrace’s email marketing team. The campaign consists of email, social media ads, online polls, videos and outbound calls, and focuses on Embrace’s strong growth, its supportive culture and values, and its track record of fast closings. It also features Embrace’s unique loan program, Beyond, which is designed to help borrowers who have been turned down by other lenders because they have non-traditional income or imperfect credit.

Account-based marketing has traditionally been used as a business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategy to generate leads and fill sales and marketing pipelines. Embrace is believed to be the first mortgage lender to adapt account-based marketing to target and recruit loan officers.

“While account-based marketing campaigns have been used for years to generate leads, we were able to create a new methodology for lead conversion and use it to successfully engage and recruit top mortgage industry talent,” Biron said. “The beauty of account-based marketing is that it enables us to directly and consistently demonstrate to potential hires how Embrace has lived up to its reputation for promoting innovation, courage and empowerment among all employees, and how we’ve helped other loan officers take their careers to new heights.”

“We are thrilled to win these very prestigious marketing awards,” said Embrace Home Loans CEO Dennis Hardiman. “Shae and the entire email marketing team deserve enormous credit for finding a way to effectively communicate all the best things about working at Embrace, and for giving us an edge in attracting great loan officers.”

Earlier this year, Embrace Home Loans was named one of 2019’s Best Mortgage Companies to Work For by National Mortgage News and Best Companies Group. Embrace, which offers competitive compensation and benefits, a balanced work-life focus and a culture that fosters job satisfaction and success, has also been named seven times as one of the Best Medium-sized Companies to Work for in America. Embrace continues to hire loan originators and branch managers across the country. Please contact Jeff McGuiness, Jeff McGuiness, chief sales officer at Embrace Home Loans, to learn more.
