The Housing Innovation Day Conference will focus on significant housing industry trends and will include speakers from all sectors of the housing economy, including the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, the National Association of Realtors and several nationwide mortgage lenders. Gardner will participate in the panel, “Realtors, Bankers and Buyers Move Online: A Technology Panel,” which will address how technology is changing the way Americans buy homes and take out mortgages.
Gardner, a former vice president of industry technology for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), is currently responsible for leading Ellie Mae’s strategy and execution around its eMortgage and eClosing capabilities. He is a frequent speaker and writer on eMortgages, mortgage technology, industry standards and enterprise data management issues.
