OCIE delivers extracted and validated servicing reports directly to Integra RECON, reducing manual preparation and giving teams better visibility into cash at the loan level
October 7, 2026 – DALLAS, Texas – Integra Solutions and Donnell Systems, Inc., the company behind OCIE®, today announced a successful collaboration that enables mortgage servicers to automate the flow of account reconciliation data in Integra RECON while strengthening oversight of custodial, clearing and general ledger accounts.
Under the collaboration, OCIE extracts and validates reports from a servicer’s core servicing platform and delivers them directly to Integra RECON, where they trigger automations to process the data and perform account reconciliations. This connected workflow reduces manual preparation and gives servicing teams better visibility into cash at the loan level.
“Reliable data sourcing is often one of the biggest challenges in moving reconciliation processes out of spreadsheets,” said Christian T. van Dijk, president of Integra Solutions. “Donnell Systems helped us address that challenge, so servicers using RECON can benefit from a more automated process and strengthen their internal oversight of servicing cash.”
The joint effort was first used in September 2026, when a mortgage servicer looking to transition from spreadsheets for managing reconciliations went live on RECON. By addressing data sourcing challenges through OCIE, Donnell Systems helped Integra complete a rapid implementation of RECON and establish a repeatable flow of servicing data. This enabled the servicer to move its custodial, clearing and general ledger reconciliations out of Excel and into a formal system while bringing greater control of those activities in-house.
Today, the servicer’s team has greater visibility into cash at the loan level and a more consistent process for overseeing reconciliation accounts. The implementation also supported the servicer’s ongoing transition of reconciliation responsibilities from a subservicing provider to its internal team.
“Servicing reports contain critical information, but getting that information into a form that supports downstream processes can require significant manual effort,” said Oliver Gunter, president of Donnell Systems. “Our collaboration with Integra connects OCIE’s extraction and validation capabilities directly to the reconciliation process, helping the customer put its servicing data to work.”
Integra’s platform currently supports 8.5 million loans, including custodial reconciliation portfolios for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, the State of New York Mortgage Agency, Federal Home Loan Banks and private-label securities.
