Local market favorable to first-time buyers, says veteran mortgage professional

September 16, 2015 ─ Danvers, MA –  Jamie Tritz (NMLS #856522) has joined Mortgage Network Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., as a loan officer in the company’s West Chester, Pennsylvania branch office In her new role, Tritz will be responsible for serving home buyers and homeowners throughout the southeast Pennsylvania area.

Based in Danvers, Massachusetts, Mortgage Network provides mortgage banking services in more than 20 states through a wide variety of retail offices built to fit each local market. Mortgage Network is more focused and agile than many larger competitors, which allows the company to provide a high level of service to its customers and its business and referral partners.

Tritz brings to Mortgage Network 10 years of mortgage banking experience in the Berks, Chester, Lancaster, Montgomery and Philadelphia areas. Most recently, she served as a loan originator for Customers Bank. Tritz is a member of the Greater Reading Youth Professionals and a supporter of the National Housing of Berks County and Chester County Housing. A graduate of Kutztown University and Berks Real Estate School, Tritz grew up in northeast Philadelphia and lives in Berks County.

“I’m very happy to be joining Mortgage Network, which offers an unbeatable selection of loan products and always places the customer first,” Tritz said. “My goal is to provide my clients with the personal attention that will make them feel that their loan application is the only one I am processing. Whether a customer is buying a new home or refinancing an existing property, it should be a memorable, easy and pleasant experience.”

Affordable home prices and continued low interest rates are creating plenty of opportunities for buyers in southeastern Pennsylvania, according to Tritz, yet borrowers still need a trusted mortgage professional to understand all of their options.

“I bought my first home at the age of 20 in Berks County and remember feeling lost and confused, so I understand what it’s like being a first-time home buyer,” she said. “I take pride in my attention to detail and put all my efforts into understanding the needs of my borrowers, so that they can make an informed decision.”

“Experienced, knowledgeable loan officers like Jamie have been the key to our success,” said Kevin Gaffney (NMLS #134515), branch manager of the West Chester office. “Jamie knows the community and the market as well as anybody, and her dedication to clients makes her a fabulous addition to our team.”
