New location expands reach in one of New England’s hottest housing markets
June 7, 2022 – Danvers, Massachusetts – Mortgage Network, Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., has opened a new branch office in Warwick, Rhode Island to assist more residents in the state with all their home financing needs.
Jayne Furlong (NMLS #3552) will serve as branch manager for the new office. An industry veteran with over 35 years of financial experience, Furlong joined Mortgage Network in Danvers, Massachusetts as a sales manager in January.
The new office expands Mortgage Network’s presence in Rhode Island, which has become one of the hottest housing markets in New England. According to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, the median home price rose more than 15% in 2021 to $375,000.
Because local housing inventory is very low, Furlong encouraged prospective homebuyers to get preapproved as early as possible.
