Title industry veteran Dan Hassen named regional manager of new office in Houston, Texas, and of soon-to-be-opened office in Dallas

June 22, 2016 – DULUTH, GA–  OS National, LLC (OSN), a nationwide provider of residential and commercial title and escrow services, announced that it is now licensed and doing business in Texas. OSN Texas LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSN, recently opened offices in Houston, and plans to open an office in Dallas within a few months, according to co-founder Jamie Wunder. OSN offers title and settlement services on a national basis.

Dan Hassen has been named the regional manager of the Texas offices. Hassen brings solid experience and expertise in property title and title insurance. Prior to joining OS National, Hassen was chief executive officer of Celebrity Title Company and senior vice president and southwest regional manager at Old Republic Title. Previously, he served in a variety of positions at Stewart Title for over 16 years, culminating as director of international development.

“Texas is an important state to be in,” said Wunder.  “It’s the second largest state in the country by population, as well as in the number of single-family homes. Opening these offices marks a significant milestone for OS National.”

Hassen has been based in Texas for most of his professional career. “I’m excited about opening the new offices in Houston and Dallas,” Hassen said. “This is a great opportunity for OS National to grow.”
