As local market heats up, company’s newest loan officer advises buyers to take advantage of record low interest rates

Bourgault will be focused on meeting the home financing needs of residents in Maine as well as New Hampshire and Florida, where she is also licensed to originate loans.
Bourgault (NMLS #2057695) has lived in the Portland area for three years and has deep connections within the local community. She received her MBA at the University of Nevada, Reno and holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management from the Shamoon College of Engineering in Be’er Sheva, Israel.
