Seasoned mortgage industry executive and trusted advisor brings enterprise transformation leadership, operational excellence, and AI-enabled strategy to help clients deliver measurable business outcomes

May 21, 2026 – DENVER, Colo. –  STRATMOR Group, a leading mortgage industry advisory firm specializing in strategy, M&A, technology, and operational transformation for lenders and fintechs, today announced the appointment of Silvia Kennedy as Partner.

Kennedy brings more than 25 years of mortgage industry leadership experience to her new role at STRATMOR. She joined the firm in 2015 as a Principal Advisor and has led enterprise-scale origination and servicing transformation initiatives and supported STRATMOR clients through complex operational and technology change. Her expertise spans mortgage operations, business development, risk, technology integration, and change management, with a strong track record of driving customer experience improvement, operational efficiency, and measurable business results.

Kennedy holds an undergraduate degree in marketing, a master’s degree in business management, and is a certified project manager. She recently completed postgraduate studies in generative AI for business applications, further strengthening STRATMOR’s ability to advise clients on growth, innovation, and transformation priorities across an increasingly dynamic mortgage landscape.
