Danvers, Massachusetts-based Mortgage Network has sold more than $35 billion in mortgages since 2000 and is known for its nationally acclaimed customer service. The company offers a complete range of conventional, non-conventional, government and reverse residential mortgage loans.
Crane brings to Mortgage Network 11 years of mortgage banking experience in the Philadelphia area. Most recently, he served as loan originator for a local community bank. Crane grew up in Upper Dublin and graduated from Temple University with a degree in marketing. He now lives in North Wales with his wife and their two children.
“As a lifelong resident, Terry knows the market and the people who live here as well as anyone,” said Mortgage Network Regional Manager Ted Lawler. “With his track record and dedication to borrowers in the Philadelphia area, we expect him to be valued addition to our team.”
“I’m proud to have a company like Mortgage Network behind me,” said Crane. “Mortgage Network’s customer service is legendary in our market, and its selection of loan products is truly exceptional. Consumers can count on us to meet all of their home purchase and refinancing needs.”
The suburban Philadelphia housing market is a great place to live and buy a home, Crane says, and there’s no better time to buy or refinance than now. “Home prices are affordable, interest rates are still near all-time lows and the economy is in good shape and getting better. These conditions create plenty of opportunities for borrowers,” he said. “But before making a move, homeowners and home buyers should meet with a trusted professional to discuss the many borrowing options available.”
