Veri-Tax has now successfully completed the comprehensive and independent audit for five consecutive years.
Veri-Tax completed the AICPA’s Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16 (SSAE 16) Service Organization Control (SOC) 1 Type II audit, which was previously known as SAS 70. The report verifies that key elements of Veri-Tax’s organization, processes, policies and procedures, application systems and infrastructure, and security are in accordance with internal management control objectives. The company’s control objectives have been carefully determined by management to be the most relevant and critical for effectively serving customers and protecting their information.
A top five global audit, tax and advisory firm independently conducted the audit for the period covering January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015.
